The photo of A.E. Seebach sculpting a Kwakiutl figure was published in The Milwaukee Journal, 6/28/1951. The Masai Warrior was funded with City of Milwaukee tax dollars in 1952 before the City transferred the Museum to the County in 1976.

Apparently MPM, Inc shared it with the County Board a couple weeks ago and they adked "no questions" about "Etc" or the definition of "mannequin" which also isn't in the LMA. Steve Taylor shared it online, so apparently he had no problems with it either....?

Why is this not making headlines and being covered by news agencies? It could/should be a special section or special edition, something worthy of keeping for posterity.

Yeah I agree. I know they have been reaching out but the media hasn’t responded. I think citizens need to call the news and demand they look into it
